    Defensive tackle re-commits to Penn State

    Penn State’s recruiting received a boost Thursday night when defensive tackle Jamil Pollard re-committed to the Nittany Lions. The 6-4, 280-pound Pollard, a senior at West Deptford High in Westville, N.J., became the first player to commit to Penn State since the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal broke in early November.
